My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The location is convenient, close to key attractions, and felt safe. The rooms, though not very spacious due to a late booking, were cozy and quiet despite being near a busy road. The dining experience offered a wide variety of delicious options. However, the lack of assistance for booking a minibus to Sapa was a downside.
